  • Use our Free Design Service — available once you meet the minimum membership tier requirements. For new customers, you can apply if your first order total is over $600.
  • Provide a written description + any existing sketches. We can help refine and complete the design.

Q Can I customize specific fabrics or colors? V

Absolutely. We support personalized color palettes and fabric selections.

Q How long does production take? V

Production time varies depending on season and queue status. Typically:

  • Small parts (e.g., tails, paws) take about 2–4 weeks.
  • Full fursuit takes about 8–16 weeks (or longer).

Q Do you support deposits or installment payments? V

Yes. We usually support:

  • Deposit system (e.g., 30% prepayment to reserve your slot).

Q Do you offer shipping insurance? What if my package is damaged? V

Yes. Every order includes free shipping insurance. If your fursuit is damaged during transit:
