Production & Progress Updates
After your design is finalized and your order confirmed, we provide a production schedule. You'll receive updates at every milestone and can give feedback until you're fully satisfied.
Order Submission
Submit your order with measurements, head base selection, fur type & color, and eye style preferences.
Verification
We review all information and contact you to confirm any details that need clarification, ensuring accuracy from the start.
Material Procurement
Fur usage is estimated, head base size confirmed, then we begin material purchasing and 3D printing the head base.
Production with Live Updates
During production, progress updates are shared through our Discord community server. We provide real product photos at each key stage, allowing you to review the work and point out any areas that require adjustment.
After confirmation, revisions will be made accordingly, followed by updated photos for review. This feedback process continues until you are fully satisfied with the result before moving to the next production step.
You may stay fully involved throughout the process or authorize our professional artists to make decisions on your behalf for a smoother experience. Deeper participation helps ensure the final product perfectly matches your vision.

👟 Shoe sizes & fit guide
Our standard feet paws are produced with a default internal length of 28 cm (approximately CN 46 / US Men's 11 / US Women's 12/ EU 44). Orders smaller than this size are not accepted.
Custom sizing is available up to a maximum of 32.5 cm (approximately CN 55 / US Men's 16.5 / US Women's 17.5/ EU 51). Thanks to the secure internal structure, even smaller feet remain stable inside without slipping or falling off during movement.
